The Vauxhall Vivaro, Vauxhall Movano, Nissan Primestar Renault Master & Renault Traffic all share a lot of parts, the gearbox being one of them and one that is prone to failure. Supply and Fit of 8 bearings and 3 seals on your PK5 PK6 or PF6 Gearbox. Bearings used are either OEM or equivalent SNR, FAG & Timken parts.

Bearing failure is a very common failure on these gearboxes and this can lead to further damage inside the gearbox if not caught early. Why wait until your gearbox has catastrophically failed before replacing it when a repair will work out substantially cheaper?

You will need to have your gearbox removed by your chosen mechanic and delivered to me. Your gearbox will be stripped to component parts, cleaned and meticulously inspected for damage and wear.
